Hatch Chile Tzatziki

SAUCE ON
Grilled Turkey Burger • Pita Chips • Lamb Gyro
Ingredients

2 Medium Sized Hatch Chiles
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Fresh Cucumber
1/2 cup chopped Fresh Dill
2 Garlic Cloves minced
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 Lemon (Juice and Zest)
1/2 cup Crumbled feta
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
1.
Roast hatch chiles until blistered. Let sit for 10 minutes. Peel off outer skin. Dice into small pieces.

Into a bowl put roasted diced hatch chile, crumbled feta, greek yogurt, dill, cucumber, lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Serve with pita chips!
