Marinated Artichoke and Horseradish Hummus

SAUCE ON Pita Chips • Mediterranean Wrap • Sourdough Toast
Ingredients

2 cans of Chickpeas
1 jar Marinated Artichoke
4 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
1 cup Tahini
1/2 Lemon Juice/Zest
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Cumin
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Water
1 tbsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation

Into a food processor add chickpeas, lemon juice/zest, tahini, prepared horseradish, marinated artichoke with brine, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, olive oil, water, salt and pepper

Blend for 1 minute until smooth

Enjoy with carrots, zucchini and pita chips!
