Sourdough Grilled Cheese • Ritz Crackers • Bison Burgers



Ingredients

All of the ingredients for pimento cheese on a white table
Ingredients For Truffle Pimento Cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

2 cream cheese blocks (16oz total)

2 jars of pimentos drained (8oz total)

2 tbsp white truffle oil

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp dry mustard

2 tbsp worcestershire

1 bunch chopped chives

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper



Preparation

1.

Into a stand up mixer put cream cheese, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, garlic powder, dry mustard powder, onion powder, worcestershire, truffle oil, pimentos, chives, pepper and salt

Mix all ingredients for 30 seconds and serve with crackers!
