Bacon Alfredo Sauce

SAUCE ON Fettuccine • Monte Cristo Sandwich • Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients

1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Stick of Butter
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
4oz Cream Cheese Block
5 Bacon Strips
5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Lemon Juice/Zest
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
1.
Chop bacon into 1 inch pieces and fry in sauce pan. After crispy, take out and set aside. Leave bacon fat in pan

To bacon drippings add butter and garlic. Cook for 5min until garlic has softened

Add heavy cream, onion powder, cream cheese, chicken stock, lemon juice/zest, italian seasoning, salt and pepper

Bring to simmer and let cook for 10 minutes until thickened. Serve on Fettuccine!
