Bacon Horseradish Mayonnaise

SAUCE ON
Bison Cheeseburger •Sweet Potato Tots • Irish Nachos
Ingredients

4 Bacon Strips
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Reserved Bacon Fat
2 tbsp Prepared Jarred Horseradish
10 Chive Stalks
1 tsp Lemon Juice/ Zest
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Plain Yogurt 6oz
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
1.
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with aluminum foil and bake bacon for 20min. Reserve 1 tbsp of rendered bacon fat

Into a blender add cooked and cooled bacon, bacon fat, chives, mayo, sour cream, onion powder, worcestershire, red wine vinegar, garlic clove, greek yogurt, lemon peel/juice, salt and pepper

Pulse blender about 10 times to blend all ingredients while keeping the bacon as small chunks
