Balsamic Bruschetta Pasta Sauce

SAUCE ON
Garlic Bread • Rigatoni • Grilled Turkey Burger
Ingredients
3 Heirloom Tomatoes Diced
10 Fresh Basil Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 can Cannellini Beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz Capers with Brine
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Ground Fresh Black Pepper
Preparation
1.
Dice the heirloom tomatoes into pieces. Mince the garlic and chop up the basil. Toss into a bowl and mix.

To the same bowl, add garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, capers with brine, cannellini beans, salt and pepper. Serve on a toasted baguette.
