Oktoberfest Maple Cream Cheese

SAUCE ON
Toasted Everything Bagel • English Muffin • Baked Dessert Bar
Ingredients

2 Cream Cheese Blocks (8oz each)
1 Oktoberfest Beer (12oz)
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Sea Salt
Preparation
1.
Into a sauce pan add beer, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 15min or until reduced by more than half into a syrup consistency. Put into a bowl and let cool for 10min

As the beer mixture is boiling, into a standing mixer put cream cheese and cinnamon. Mix for 30 seconds.

After the beer syrup has cooled, add to the cinnamon cream cheese from the previous step. Mix for 1 minute

Add to your favorite type of bagel!!!
