Ingredients

1 cup Fresh Pineapple Cubed
2 Jalapeños (deseed for heal level)
1 Serrano (deseed for heat level)
1/4 White Onion
2oz Coconut Rum
1/2 cup Fresh Mango Cubed
1/4 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Orange Bell Pepper
3/4 cup packed Fresh Cilantro
1/2 cup Lite Coconut Milk
2 Limes Juice and Zest
1 tbsp Sea Salt
Preparation
1.
Into a food processor put jalapeños, serrano, pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, orange bell peppers, white onion, limes, lite coconut milk, cilantro, coconut rum, and sea salt

Pulse until desired consistency of salsa.
